PROFILE

Beginning her legal career as a clerk with Duff, White and Turner, Meredith Seibert continues to advise school districts concerning the wide array of issues that arise within school districts on a day-to-day basis. She routinely advises clients on special education issues and proceedings at the district, administrative, and appellate levels and is a frequent speaker on topics such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504. Her practice also includes work in a number of other areas of education law, including litigation, student matters, contracts, and employment law.

While in law school, Ms. Seibert was involved as a Law School Advocate and in the Student Bar Association.

In her spare time, Meredith enjoys traveling and participating in various athletic activities, including tennis, running, and coaching youth soccer.
