Andrea E. White
3700 Forest Dr. Suite 404
Andrea White knows that the day-to-day operations of a school district are both inspiring and challenging. With more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of education law — from school policies to student discipline to unforeseen daily issues — Ms. White provides advice and counsel at all levels of private and public education. She is a partner in the DWT firm, and she practices education and employment law with an emphasis on personnel, student discipline, civil rights, and special education matters. She is often the person a superintendent calls to get quick advice on a difficult issue, and she is equally adept at handling complex litigation cases.
Ms. White is a frequent speaker on education and employment law topics.
While in law school, Ms. White was a member of the Robert F. Wagner Labor Law Moot Court Team. For six years, she served as the State Coordinator of the High School Mock Trial Competition sponsored by the South Carolina Bar which involves high school students around the state.
Andrea enjoys traveling the world and exploring other cultures. She finds yoga to be her best stress-reliever and was recently certified as a Yoga instructor.
